2. REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT SECURITY

To place an order, users may be required to register an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

2.2 Confidentiality

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password. You agree to notify Ravora Systems immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. The Company shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to protect your login details.

3. SALE OF GOODS AND PRICING

3.1 Product Information

We attempt to be as accurate as possible in describing our products. However, Ravora Systems does not warrant that product descriptions, colors, or images are 100% accurate, complete, or error-free. Slight variations may occur.

3.2 Pricing Policy

• All prices are quoted in Kenya Shillings (KES).
• Prices are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time due to market fluctuations or errors. In the event of a pricing error on an ordered item, we will contact you before processing.

3.3 Availability

Orders are subject to stock availability. In the event that an item is out of stock after an order is placed, we will offer an alternative or a full refund.

4. PAYMENT TERMS

4.1 Payment Methods

• M-Pesa (Lipa na M-Pesa)
• Debit/Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard)
• Direct Bank Transfer (Electronic Funds Transfer)

4.2 Payment Verification

Orders will only be processed once payment has been confirmed by our financial systems. For "Pay on Delivery" (where available), Ravora Systems reserves the right to request a delivery commitment fee for certain regions or high-value items.

5. DELIVERY AND RISK

5.1 Delivery Locations

We deliver across Kenya through internal logistics and third-party courier partners. Delivery charges are calculated based on the weight of the package and the destination.

5.2 Timelines

While we aim for next-day delivery within Nairobi and 2–5 business days for up-country, these are estimates. Ravora Systems is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, weather, or civil unrest.

5.3 Transfer of Risk

The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the Customer upon delivery to the address provided or upon collection from a designated pick-up point.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, digital downloads, and software—is the property of Ravora Systems or its content suppliers and is protected by the Copyright Act (Cap 130) of the Laws of Kenya and international copyright laws.

7. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You agree not to:

• Use the website for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to interfere with the website's hosting or network security.
• Reproduction of any part of the website without express written consent.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ravora Systems shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

• The use or inability to use the site.
• The cost of procurement of substitute goods.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.

Our total liability to you for all damages shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product that gave rise to the claim.

9. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold Ravora Systems, its directors, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claim or demand, including legal fees, made by any third party due to your breach of these Terms and Conditions.

10. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of the Republic of Kenya.

10.2 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through amicable negotiations. If negotiations fail, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration under the Rules of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (Kenya Branch) or the competent courts of Kenya.

11. TERMINATION

Ravora Systems reserves the right, without notice and in its sole discretion, to terminate your license to use the website and to block or prevent future access if you breach any of these Terms.
